ENJOYING LIFE means living in a practical, functional home
ADF10's homes were conceived for contemporary living. The development comprises 15 one-bedroom apartments and two one-bedroom penthouses, distinguished by their terraces, carefully considered layouts, light-filled interiors, modern finishes and premium materials from brands such as Porcelanosa.
Practicality
Connected living spaces make everyday life easier and more practical while creating a greater sense of openness and freedom of movement.
Natural light
Light is central to life at ADF10. The building's south-east orientation and generous glazing maximise natural light and enhance the sense of space.
Layout
Each residence was carefully planned to make use of every corner and minimise circulation space.
Smart-home technology
A connected home that enables integrated control of its systems, making everyday life more comfortable, efficient and sustainable.
Health and wellbeing
Air-source heat pumps, mechanical ventilation and underfloor heating and cooling contribute to a healthier indoor environment and an A-rated energy-efficient building.

The project offered a selection of finishes for personalising the residences.

Greater sustainability
Sustainability informed the project from the outset, including the orientation and layout of the homes, daylight, solar exposure and insulation.
Lower energy consumption
An energy-efficient building. Its A energy rating was projected to deliver energy savings of 85%, domestic hot-water savings of 60% and CO₂ emissions 83% lower than comparable buildings in the area.
Humidity-sensitive ventilation
Humidity-sensitive ventilation provides continuous air renewal with reduced energy use and high indoor-air quality. Intelligent, measured operation improves efficiency and lowers consumption.
Underfloor heating and cooling
The system works efficiently at lower temperatures, around 40°C, distributing heat evenly for greater comfort and potential savings of up to 30%.
Air-source heat pump
It uses energy from the air for heating and cooling through the underfloor system and to produce domestic hot water.
Insulation
The external thermal insulation system (ETICS) provides high insulating performance, prevents water absorption, eliminates thermal bridges and helps avoid condensation.
