Optimus Investments was founded in 2014 by real estate and finance professionals. From the outset, clients have chosen to participate in our investment projects after seeing our results and our speed of execution in the residential market through value-add strategies.
We identified private investors' need for access to assets and projects offering greater visibility on both returns and timing, and which they could assess using their own knowledge.
We are a dynamic firm specialising in identifying high-potential assets at competitive prices in Madrid. We manage investments from end to end, turning projects into distinctive opportunities.
Through Our advisory firm Optimus Global Investors we have an in-depth understanding of the Spanish market. This enables us to identify off-market opportunities and anticipate real estate trends.
Our property developer Optimus Homes, develops and manages properties through to delivery, maximising their potential value.
We remain involved throughout the process, providing investors with an end-to-end service while pursuing our objective of creating differentiated value and returns above the market.

Kris Van Lancker
Kris Van Lancker personally leads every investment from start to finish and takes direct responsibility for its management. His deep knowledge of financial and real estate markets is built on more than 27 years of professional experience, including 15 years in increasingly senior roles in the City of London and 12 years of real estate experience in Madrid. His experience spans investment structuring, residential development, asset management and wealth advisory, complemented by an established network of specialist professionals selected for each transaction.
